Shakespeare's Schoolroom are online!

22nd April, 2016

Shakespeare's Schoolroom and Guildhall, the fascinating and newly renovated site of Shakespeare's education, are now online with a brand new website from Website Vision and ticketing provided by DigiTickets!

Besides its exciting links with the Bard, the schoolroom and guildhall is able to boast an engaging history, comprising over 400 years of involvement in the social and religious aspects of the town, and displaying a series of exceedingly rare medieval wall paintings. With the completion of the restoration work on the building, following a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund, the schoolroom and guildhall  is now able to open to the public, to share its wonderful history and to display in all its glory the place where Shakespeare was inspired to become an actor and playwright.

Working closely together the teams at DigiTickets and Website Vision have been able to showcase this historic building online, allowing visitors to not only be wowed by it as a place to visit, but also to purchase their tickets there and then, maximising convenience both for themselves and for the volunteers onsite.

But don't take our word for it; check out Website Vision's wonderful design at www.shakespearesschoolroom.org or see the schoolroom and guildhall in person by buying your tickets now, from shakespearesschoolroom.digitickets.co.uk/tickets
