Honestly, this depends on lots of factors. Typically, a set up takes around 2 to 4 weeks, but this can vary widely depending on your specific requirement. We’re dedicated to providing the best possible service though, so if you have a specific go-live date in mind then let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

Our packages are without set-up fees. As part of the process of choosing DigiTickets, our lovely team will work with you from day one to scope out your requirements and price according to your needs. All our prices include training, exceptional support, and lifetime upgrades.

Yes! We’re constantly evolving and improving the product to stay at the top of our game. New features are constantly being developed, with the prioritisation based on client needs.

Yes and no - The DigiTickets ticketing system is built on a tried and tested framework, which has been carefully developed over a number of years to achieve the best possible conversion rates. This framework has been created based on extensive analytics data, and allows us to provide lots of exciting and easy to use features for you to benefit from. That said, your ticketing site will be branded according to your specific brand guidelines, ensuring a tailored experience for your customers, and our experienced Project Management team will work with you to customise your site, configuring your tickets in the best way for your business.

We’re so glad you asked. Yes, we have a brilliant Point of Sale system, called ProPoint. By choosing to use our online ticketing and ProPoint together you're guaranteed the best of both worlds. A smooth ticketing process from start to finish, perfectly integrated together at every step. You can read more about ProPoint here.

Yup! We have a range of great EPOS partners, including DavRich, The EPOS Bureau, Tevalis, Mypos, ICR Touch, and Meridian. Our integrations work seamlessly to make sure your ticketing process from online sales to till redemptions is as easy as possible.

We offer flexible contract options to suit your business needs. Pricing is calculated as either a fixed price per transaction or per ticket, or as a percentage of the value of your ticket sales. We’ll work out which plan works out cheapest for you over your first three months of sales and you’ll then be put on that pricing plan. Invoices will be raised at the end of each month for any ticket sales and payment will be taken 28 days later by direct debit. What could be easier?
